Designed for use in routine or research work in various application-medicine, Agriculture, Industry and others. An accurate and sensitive instrument, it can be operated without special skill of training. Fluorescence is basically the instantaneous emmission  of light from a molecule ( or atom) which has absorbed light. When a solution containing has molecules of interest is irradiated with light of a selected wavelength. The radiation is given off at all angles but is usually collected at right angles to the primary light beam to reduce the efforts of scatter from the sample. This energy is passed through a narrow bandpass filter and allowed to fall on a sensitive photodetector. The electrical output of the photodetector is amplified and fed into a moving coil meter. The Active Response Apparatus is a vital instrument for assay of drugs on development Toxicity, Psychotoxicity Descriminating Capacity and other active responses in rat.

Type BZ:- The Audiogenic Test Chamber BZ with Buzzer and Timer provides auditory stimulus for evaluation of startle and other responses of rats stimulus. The Auditory stimulus of about 110 db. Top 51”x 18”x 40” high, made entirely from stainless steel, in two halves sloping towards the center. A small wedge over the whole length separates Center of table, from where these drip into the drain pipe, and are carried through and end drain-tube to the receptacle. After operation the whole top can be washed clean, the drain pipe removed , cleaned and replaced. 
The stainless top is heated by a set of electric lamps, placed to effect balanced heat dissipation. Typing-up cleats are fitted. Dog holder with its stainless steel upright and universal joint.
